Arm bike or water: Aquatic exercise program. Start with an amount that is relatively easy and repeat daily. Add few minutes once a week. Work up to 45-60 mins. Track calories & exercise. Decrease total calories you consume and increase exercise to lose weight. Good app for tracking diet and exercise is "my fitness pal".
