what are some foods such as beans and potatoes cause gas, but is there a food that gets rid of gas?

Digestion: You likely lack enzymes necessary to digest the food. I have no vested interest in this product but do recommend "digest extra" sold at the vitamin shoppe. It has all the enzymes your body needs for food breakdown and usually does the trick.
