Blood sugar level?: The foods you mentioned seem to have one thing in common: they are all rich in simple carbohydrates. If you haven't already, you might consider seeing your physician for some lab work, including (1) complete urinalysis, (2) complete blood count, (3) fasting serum glucose, (4) hemoglobin A1c, & (5) fasting serum insulin & c-peptide. This should at least get you started on the right track.
