Dont eat before bed: Do not eat 3-4 hrs prior to bedtime. See other post concerning sleep hygiene. If still having trouble, consider over-the-counter meds lcontaining melatonin, valerian, tryptophan. If sleep is a persistent problem, see your doctor.
