Any fruits and veg: Eliminating unhealthy foods is a great idea. Try making an open face sandwich of toasted bread, half an avocado and some oil and vinegar. Eat a sliced apple with almond butter. Use apple slices instead of crackers to eat spreads. Try a black bean burger instead of a hamburger. Bake tofu with pesto spread on top.
