Yes ...: In general, we believe higher fiber foods provide a better substrate for the formation of feces. High-fiber (read the label!) cereal, especially containing bran, is a good choice. Also beans, high fiber/whole grain bread, dried fruit, berries, nuts, plums/pears, apples, broccoli. Lots of water and exercise also help. Talk with doc about med change, but usually diet changes will work. Good luck!
