Avoid trigger: Currently the only treatment for food allergies is avoidance of the particular food. For an accidental exposure that is mild, an antihistamine may work. For more severe food allergic reactions, Epinephrine is used. If stomach pain is the only symptom, see an allergist who can help distinguish allergy from intolerance.
