No allergies: First consult a gastroenterologist and they will determine if you need to see an allergist, bloating is not a sign of food allergies unless if associated with other symptoms, such as rash, hives, swelling of the lips or tongue, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, etc.

No: Food allergies do not typically cause bloating. You may try to restrict dairy to see if you have lactose intolerance. Otherwise, follow up with your pcp.
