Anxiety: You need to address the anxiety. There are several approaches. Some medications can help, like paxil (paroxetine). Cognitive behavioral therapy with a good therapist is a great approach if you don't want to take medications. Before you see anyone try to pinpoint the events, times, days of the week and situations that exacerbating your symptoms of anxiety - this will help your provider.
