A member asked:

What could be the cause of mouth itching/burning after having soy milk or certain fresh fruits?

Acid: Thee burning sensation may be due to the acid in the food products. It may also be a mild allergic reaction, so having a physician evaluate potential food allergies would be a good idea.

Allergy or acids.: An allergy to soy milk may be the cause. As for fresh fruits, it may be an allergy or a reaction to the acid if it is citrus that does it.
