More veg/fish, less.: If u r young and in general good health, 206 is very mildly elavated and if you have high level of HDL (good cholesterol) say above 60...I would not worry much about it (less than 200 = good). Balanced diet with more fish/veggies, less animal fats/cholesterol, and more aerobic exercise will do the job!
an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure..Stay well and healthy..
Good luck.

How to cure high cholestrol nd what diet should be taken in high cholestrol?

Low carb &: Low carb diets work better than low fat diets. Cut saturated fats and replace with monosaturated fats whenever possible. Don't smoke (lowers good-hdl-cholesterol). Exercise and achieve a good weight. And one drink per day will increase HDL levels. Finally increase your omega-3 fatty acid intake with more fish in the diet and/or supplements and increase fiber intake!
