Won't help: The cholesterol continent of food has very little impact on blood bad cholesterol. In fact reducing the amount of cholesterol in diet may decrease good cholesterol by more! saturated/trans (i.e. Meat/dairy/fast food) fats and excess calories are much more important. The best way to improve blood cholesterol profile is to replace saturated with unsaturated fats from vegetable oil, seeds, nuts etc.
