Cardio intervals: Start doing interval training cardio. If you haven't been doing any workouts, start slowly. Maybe do 10 minutes of cardio. Then increase as you have more tolerance. At least 20 minutes of cardio per day, for 5 days a week will help you lose weight. Then begin doing strength training as well.
