Limited by kidneys: Muscle milk is mostly milk protein; if you take in more than your body can make into things it needs, you urinate out the extra protein. Too much protein in the kidneys can stress them, and not make them work as well. If you already have kidney problems, you definitely need to be careful. For most people, no more than 150-180 grams of protein a day should be taken, depending on weight (2 g/kg).
