Please see a doctor!: 90% of girls in the us start menstruating by the time they turn 14. If you are 18 and have not yet started having periods this is a sign of primary amennorhea. There are many possible causes such as hypothyroidism, pituitary problems, genetics & nutrient deficiencies, but eating the foods you mention are unlikely to make a difference. I advise seeing a gynecologist or endocrinolgist for evaluation.

Agree w Dr. Baker.: I am just addressing green tea portion of your question. No studies at this time support use of green tea to induce menses. A 2010 study showed japanese females who drank > 5 cups green tea/day had 1st menstruation at younger age but those that drank >10 cups of green tea/day had later menarche. A 2002 study suggested that green tea could bring on a period quicker in rats. In traditional chinese.
