Does a psychopath or sociopath have antisocial pd?

No: I consider "psychopath" to be a person with little to no conscious meaning that the person can exploit and hurt others freely and without remorse. Antisocial pd is a wider term for people (more men) who live in contrary way toward others and society (e.g. Break laws) but could still feel bad or want to change at some point. A portion of those with apd are also psychopaths.

Antisocial: The modern clinical term for sociopathy and psychopathy is antisocial personality disorder. The hallmark of this disorder is the person seems to have no conscience, or sense of morality, or right or wrong. This person cannot empathize with others, is opportunistic, predatory, and often thrill seeking. An example of this would be Charles Manson.
