Sociopath/Psychopath: are basically the same disorder. Sociopath is a newer term for psychopath. Some people debate slight differences but the terms refer to complete disregard for the feelings and rights of others. It's as if the person is born w/out a conscience. Peace and good health.

Interchangable: Essentially the terms are interchangeable, with neither really being worse than the other. The full, true clinical term is antisocial personality disorder, the hallmark of which is for the most part, a person who has no conscience.
