Antisocial PD: They're similar -- but psychopath is not a medical diagnosis, where antisocial personality disorder is. "psychopath" is a common term for someone whose behavior is amoral or which goes against what's acceptable in his/her society, has difficulty establishing deep connections with others, exploits others, does not learn from experience, etc. For antisocial pd, see: http://tinyurl.Com/2yr6cn.

Interchangable: Essentially the terms are interchangeable, with neither really being worse than the other. The full, true clinical term is antisocial personality disorder, the hallmark of which is for the most part, a person who has no conscience.
