How's ur sleep: Fatigue and depression go hand in hand with a sleep disordered breathing problem. If you get poor sleep and you have excessive daytime sleepiness perhaps you should talk to your medical doctor about a sleep study. Sleep apnea is not just a male problem and you don't have to be overweight. You can look online and take a screening test called the epworth sleepiness scale. >6 indicates poor sleep.

Suggestions?: If you aren't doing so already, i suggest working with a psychiatrist on these questions. All antidepressants (including bupropion) require several weeks for results -- and you may still have some yet to come. Have you also had your thyroid function checked? This can complicate issues if not investigated. Psychotherapy is an essential part of treatment for depression as well. Take care.
