Roll back the foresk: Yes, roll back the foreskin and wash the penis. The foreskin can tighten and cause problems if it is not retracted for washing. Phimosis can occur.

Foreskin on penis is tight on penis. I can pul it back to reveille the penis head but when erect it's too tight. And my penis is small around 3/4cm
