NO: Severe pain to need tramadol is a little unusual in Parkinson's disease. Long term pain medications are not a good idea as they cause resistance to meds as well as causing addiction. Pain pills are for acute treatment in most cases do see a neurologist to find out the source of the problem, there are other ways of treating pain than giving analgesics.
