My dr is running blood tests for lymphoma. what kind of blood tests will he run specifically? and i know that a blood test can't diagnose lymphoma.

See below...: Occasionally lymphoma cells can be identified circulating in the peripheral blood but, generally speaking, a blood test is not the usual way to diagnose lymphoma. Most of the time a lymph node biopsy is necessary for the definitive diagnosis of lymphoma.
