Blood worries me: Chest x ray and stress being negative is fine. But having a heart murmur i would rather do an echocardiogram, then a ct chest . Chest x-ray are fine but not very sensitive test. Need to follow up. See a pulmunologist as well.

Need Further Testing: Given your murmur, you need echcardiogram to r/o valvular heart disease. Also will need d-dimmer and positive test to be followed up with ct chest angio to r/o pulmonary embolism(blood clot in the lungs). There are other reasons like infections and more to get bloody sputum, and need urgent investigations. Go to the er or your doctor without delay. Good luck &be well.
