Still needs to: Be checked. There may be a clinic that gives free care. And they may have medicines. The people who run the shelter should be able to give you direction. All the best.

Severe cough . .: . . . I am so sorry for your situation, for you and your daughter. However, your daughter does need medical attention, based upon your description. I would hope that wherever you live, there would be a clinic or even an emergency room that could evaluate your daughter for you. Ideally, it would be great if everyone had a family doctor to see . . .
