Generally with: It's usually used as an adjunct to the stimulants. But it also can be used by itself in case somebody cannot tolerate stimulants.

Yes: Most patients do not show adequate progress with intuniv if used alone. Few do not tolerate stimulants and could benefit from non stimulants
