My almost 3 year has had a fever(now low grade) with stuffy/runny nose(clear/yellow mucus) for some days now.... What could it be?
For days, my chest has been feeling congested . A couple times when I breathed in, a small part of my chest would heart. My top back has been hurting a lot lately too. Coughing up clear mucus. Sniffling sound is weird. No fever. No runny nose. ?
I felt a little chilled like I was getting sick. No runny nose until 3 days later and no fever. The mucus is clear, thin, and no sore throat.

Can i give my 13 month old Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for runny nose and slight cough? It is clear mucus and the pollen here is terrible. She is not running fever.
