Monthly night sweats: A large list of things, few serious, can cause it. If present for months with no other symptoms (eg fever, weight loss) likely benign. Medical conditions such as cancer, infections (eg TB & hiv), some meds & gerd are examples. In a 39-year-old male, medical causes should be assessed for & seeing your regular doctor is a good start. (consider replacing your sheets more often than once a month!).
