A few days i have numb and pull in left cheek and left temple. no headaches or other symptoms. it comes and go. but when i change position my head in the pillow during the night i feel it more. what it is? treatment?

Facial numbness : This sounds like a possible problem with your left 7th facial nerve. However, usually there is accompanying left facial paralysis. You may positionally affect this nerve where it traverses the left parotid gland, which is anterior to your left ear. You should consider seeing your pcp.
