UTI: Could be. Please see your primary care physician or urgent care. I worry about pyelonephritis, and infection that goes up to your kidneys. The most worrisome factor is your fever and confusion.

Cystitis and Nephrit: You possibly have an actual kidney infection or a serious urinary bladder infection. It is time to get to your physician for a complete workup and empiric treatment for presumed acute urinary tract infection.
