Anxiety attacks?: If you've not had a full checkup with your own doctor recently, please do so. Also, you can see a psychiatrist or psychologist for a full evaluation of your anxiety attacks. Treatment is effective for this condition. Medications may be useful, and psychotherapy is essential. In the meantime you can practice breathing exercises, and avoid caffeine and other stimulants. Eat a whole-foods diet.

PE & MH Evaluation: You should be sure that you have a physical evaluation and routine blood tests including thyroid evaluation as well as a mental health evaluation. Once this is done a treatment plan should be developed. This may include psychotherapy and/or medication.
