Labs are not bad or good, they are used to establish diagnoses. In your case the partial values presented suggest iron deficiency, your treating doc remains best to place your labs in context ( connect with your symptoms/ exam).

Iron deficiency is defined as low serum ferritin and low iron/TIBC. Unfortunately, without the units and the laboratory normal ranges, I cannot assume based on numbers alone. A Transferring saturation less than 20% and Serum Iron less than 60mcg/dL and Ferritin less than 10-20ng/mL can account for iron deficiency. Anemia will be based on your hematocrit, hemoglobin, and MCV.
