The slightly elevated copper level is an indication that you are getting lleveormalenough copper in your diet....copper is found in many foods. You do not need to adda copper supplement. However, it's important to raise your iron to a normal level to make red blood cells and avoid anemia. Discuss these issues with your doctor or with a nutritionist.
