Prolactinoma: That's good! appears you have over 50% response. I imaging you are seeing an endocrinologist and that the prolactinoma is being suppressed with bromicriptine. I recommend a follow up MRI of the pituitary gland to monitor response.

Cabergoline?: Are you receiving cabergoline? If so, the dose may need to be increased. Also, have you seen a good neurosurgeon to be evaluated for possible surgery -- and a good endocrinologist to check whether you have any other hormonal abnormalities that require treatment?
