I have neutropenia my latest bone marrow biopsy shows that my marrow won't store iron how can i get and keep the iron in my body that i need?

You need a good Hema: A consultation with a hematologist is advised. Low iron can reduce red cell formation and cause anemia but it does not affect white cells( to cause neutropenia).
