I gave birth 9 months ago (had severe preeclampsia and iron deficiency) and i have noticed ever since then my knees will turn purple (they dont stay purple - kind of go back and forth). should i be overly concerned? no pain or numbness?

There are temperature and activity variations which can influence superficial circulation in the lower extremities. Ask your GYN physician for guidance or referral to a hematology physician to rule out causes which may require treatment.
