Can silent reflux cause recurrent apthous ulcers. i don't have any heartburn or sore throat. is there still a possibility of acid backwashing all the way back to mouth directly without causing any irritation in esophagus or throat?

Most oral aphthous ulcers (canker sores) have no known cause. They are not known to result from acid reflux.
