Does neuropathy in the feet, mean i'm not able to feel the brake and gas pedals in a car. i recently been denied permissions to drive bus for that reason?

Yes, if you have severe peripheral neuropathy then you can't use your feet appropriately so accident will for sure occur, e.g. you can't feel how deep or how strong you exert on the brake or accelerating pedal when you need to stop or accelerate. Take care.
