Last week, i noticed 4 moles on my right leg that don't look like any of my others. they are darker & less round, but still tiny in size like all of my moles. yesterday, i started experiencing shortness of breath. what should i do?

It is unlikely that all 4 moles are malignant. Nevertheless I'm an advocate of having a dermatologist examine any skin lesions that stand out as different from other skin spots. An annual skin checkup by a dermatologist is a good idea anyway. Shortness of breath has various causes, including anxiety, especially if it occurs at rest but not with exertion Your physician will evaluate & advise you.
