Although at: your age serious "moles" are very rare you have most likely infected this one and now need it checked out by your Primary Care Provider! Hope this helps Dr Z BTW IN THE MEANTIME STOP "PICKING" at it! Cover it with a adhesive bandage and LEZVE IT ALONE until it can be checked out!
