About 1%: A heart rate of 186 is a bit high but a single reading has little significance. Good you don't smoke. Take your prenatal vitamins. Avoid alcohol and drugs like cocaine. If you are a heavy coffee drinker you may consider easing up on caffeine a bit. Good luck.
