Dear sir/ ma'am, can muscle ache & slight rash on the hand 1-3 dots can be a stand alone symptm of hiv, i did 4th gen agab test at 4th& 5th week- non reactive but i am struggling with muscle ache, please share your kind insights, a re-test required?

It is not possible to have HIV symptoms with a negative HIV AgAb (4th generation) blood test. It is 100% certain that something other than HIV is the cause. There is no need for a repeat HIV test.
