Unrelated: Scalp rash and joint disease are not symptoms of HIV. Both symptoms may or may not be related. Some connective tissue disorders like lupus may be manifested with both. Obviously, you need to be examined by a physician who would also order the appropriate tests

I am not sure what is wrong with my upper right thigh. The outside of the thigh has a pulled muscle feeling only on the surface and when rubbed it feels like a sore bruise. It occasionally feels itchy but no physical skin rash or symptom is showing ?
