Can you have a benign lentigo on your palm?

Yes. I've seen several patients with lentigos on palms. If you're concerned about any skin lesion that stands out as something unusual, have it examined by a dermatologist for peace of mind. A general skin check annually is a good idea.

Lentigo simplex (benign) can be present anywhere on your body, including your palm. Solar lentigo appears only on sun-exposed area. Just show your doctor the mark in the next visit if you want to be sure. Good luck.
