The issue involves risk of prolonged bleeding and delayed clotting, and you must stop any antiplatelet drugs for about 5 days preop. This is NOT an issue to be handled here, but rather you need to fully discuss your co-morbidities with your surgeon and anesthesiologist. Typically, you will be unlikely to suffer a TIA or stroke when temporarily suspending your medication
