Small freckle on my palm derm thought it was a lentigo, she said she was not concerned about it. i am worried bc the pigment was in the ridges and i read that thats bad. are there benign causes for pigment in ridges? it was about 2mm and one color?

Best is to have the lesion evaluated by a dermatologist, to determine whether a biopsy may be necessary.

Derma says post biopsy that dysplastic nevus has no remaining pigment, but i see a small black/brown dot in site of nevus. Should i be concerned?
