3 yrs old had us after uti. this was the findings: fullness of the right renal system with no evident of frank hdrynephrosis. minimal layering echogenic foci at the base of the bladder suggestive of debri. should i be concerned? is this a tumor?

This is a reassuring result, consistent with a not too serious UTI. No tumor. But discuss with your child's doctor for even better interpretation and advice.

No it is not a tumor but either some concentrated debris from the infection. It would be a good idea to see a Urologist for an opinion.
