A member asked:

What is echogenic bladder debris and should it be removed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

"Echogenic" debris simply refers to opaque material that appears dense with ultrasound scaning. The "debris" can represent calcium crystals. If the echogenic area is part of the bladder wall, get a referral to a urologist to be sure of the diagnosis.
