Whats a normal hr when up walking around the house? currently on 25mg of metoprolol er daily and have low iron levels. trying to figure out if walking hr of 120 is abnormally high and could indicate a problem. current cardio doesnt seem concerned?

120 with the metoprolol ER does seems higher than what I would think but with low iron and possibly anemia, that could be likely and not a concern
