My tsh was 3.51 mciu . 5 years ago my tsh was 1.28 miu.. is my thyroid normal? is mciu and miu different ? if my recent test was 3.51 mciu what would it be in miu? is this measurement different?

Those units are interchangeable. Most thyroidologists nowadays favor a TSH between .35& 4.50 mlU/ml as normal. TSH often fluctuates over time in normal people. Your thyroid function falls within normal limits.
