Long term: potential for performance failure when the opportunity for natural partner sex is available along with other mental health issues. Addiction /habit forming- like any thing which gives intense pleasure- drugs sweets tasty food which can lead to ultimately needing more- in a vicious cycle. Best is to find a diversion to use the time in social service, hobby, exercise or anything worthwhile- of your choice- You can do it. good luck
